Donna Tetreault 
Donna hopes Caring Counts will be a catalyst to bringing more kindness, compassion and inclusion to the world. She has been a TV reporter for more than 15 years, in L.A., working at CNN, KCBS-TV, KNBC-TV and FOX 11. She has been a general assignment reporter and education reporter. For the last 7 years, she has focused on parenting, family and lifestyle reporting/contributing. Her reports have been seen on local and national shows. She is also a guest writer for Harvard's Graduate School of Education's Making Caring Common Project, Huff Post and L.A. Parent Magazine. She was an elementary school teacher before she started her reporting career.


Ghazaleh Soltani Tencza
Ghazaleh brings her skill set and passion of interior design along with event planning to the creative side of Caring Counts. She is a fixture at her sons' school and participates in several parent association collaborations. She is a dedicated child advocate and is involved in several community events to uplift our children. She worked for 8 years with a Private Equity firm handling human resources and office management. She is a graduate of U.C.L.A. with a BA in history.


Sarah Greenberg Makurath
Board Member
Sarah brings her expertise in public relations to Caring Counts working to help hone and develop the non profit’s marketing goals.  As one of the founders of Fox Greenberg Public Relations, she has spent over 15 years working with both privately held and public companies to grow their brands and execute strategic tactics to fulfill specific objectives.  She also has worked with several non profits to spread positive messages using the media including having worked with the Dalai Lama to bring his worldly message of peace and love to the United States through a variety of events and appearances. 


Michelle Posen 
Board Member 
Michelle has over 15 years experience working and volunteering in the non profit world. She has her Masters Degree in Public Health. She produced a talk show for cancer patients for 10 years before becoming a survivor herself. Michelle is excited to work with Caring Counts especially in the area of outreach of our message of kindness and inclusivity to help make Care Fair a true success.


Angelina Snyder
Board Member 
Angelina assists with planning and operations for Caring Counts and Care Fair L.A. Angelina has over 15 years of experience as a physician assistant. She started her medical career working at an outpatient cancer treatment center at the University of Michigan. After moving to Los Angeles she continued working as PA at a government funded community health center serving those living below the federal poverty level and without health insurance. In addition to her work experience, being a mother of two young boys has inspired her to be an advocate for teaching and modeling compassion and empathy to our youth. Angelina is excited to help Caring Counts spread its mission of kindness, empathy and inclusion. Angelina earned a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from The Finch University of Health Sciences and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Michigan.


Billy Tencza
Board Member 
Billy has 20 years of experience in the entertainment industry. He currently owns and operates a media cast and crew payroll company with offices in Los Angeles, Chicago, Georgia, and New York. Billy was born and raised in New York and made his way to Los Angeles to pursue his passion for the entertainment world. Billy spends his free time working out, practicing mindfulness and spending time with his family. He loves watching his children play sports and develop their love of chess. Billy also enjoys giving back to the community.


Andrew Bunnin
Team Member
Andrew joined the HSBC Private Bank in 2016 as a Relationship Manager.  Prior to joining HSBC, Andrew worked as Wealth Advisor at First Republic Bank in Century City and also as a Wealth Advisor at the Wells Fargo Private Bank in Beverly Hills. Prior to Wells Fargo, Andrew as a Financial Advisor at Alliance Bernstein in Century City. Overall Andrew has 13 years of financial services experience working with High Net Worth clients. Andrew grew up in Berkeley, California and graduated with a BA History from UCLA. He graduated with an MBA from the Marshall School of Business in 1998. He currently lives in Tarzana, California with his wife and two young boys. He enjoys movies, reading, golf, travelling and playing all sports and chess with his kids. In addition to Care Fair LA, Andrew has been involved in and served on several non-profit boards, including the American Heart Association, Team Parkinson, & The Roy & Patricia Disney Cancer Center.


Dyanne Chae
Team Member
Dyanne was Director of Marketing and then Senior Vice President of Sales for a national healthcare company for almost two decades where she consistently ranked as the top grossing salesperson.  More recently, she has been involved in a number of California and Nevada residential interior design and staging projects. She has a keen eye for aesthetics and laser focused attention to detail in every project she pursues and is happy to be joining Caring Counts. Her interests include traveling, art, food, and anything related to design. Dyanne lives in Los Angeles with her husband and 11 year old daughter.


Chris Adams
Board Member
Chris returned to her professional life in 2015 becoming an award-winning real estate agent at Coldwell Banker. Chris’ professional career has taken her from professional sports to live entertainment and event planning, with roles in customer support, service and sales management with Universal Studios Hollywood and The .TV Corporation. Regardless of industry, all of her roles have focused almost entirely on delivering exceptional experiences and superior customer service. Chris is excited to bring this specialty to Caring Counts. Chris is married and a proud mother of two incredible boys. Chris proudly serves as a trustee on the board at Los Encinos School.
